Shipping Options and Delivery Times

At Haven Face & Body, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1–3 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $150.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the items. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is processed and shipped.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will be processed on the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We ensure all packages are securely packed. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@havenfaceandbody.com with your order details. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Customized items

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please email us at returns@havenfaceandbody.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
